Switching from Hydrofoil wave piercing Catamaran mode to SWATH mode is very simple. In SWATH mode our newly shaped hulls are now underwater lowering the center of gravity reducing the upward forces on the vessel as the wave passes through. This new technology significantly reduces the vertical movement (pitch) and totally eliminates the side to side (roll) quick jarring movements without the need of expensive, high maintenance and fuel thirsty electric gyroscopes stabilizers. If you are operating in quiet seas and no longer require the SWATH mode than you can switch to Hydrofoil wave piercing mode that raises the hulls out of the water. Now your fuel savings is enormous the vessel becomes less than half its weight. Yes our vessel totally changes its operating characteristics incrementally to fit your needs and existing conditions! You can navigate in 2 feet of water and go where no SWATH in production today has ever dreamed of going before.
